Making Food Tech Innovations available in Switzerland

Jonathan Berger (The Kitchen FoodTech Hub, Israel) made clear why Israel is THE leading country in the Food Tech Industry. Christina Senn-Jakobsen (Swiss Food & Nutrition Valley) showed the Swiss way of the Food Revolution, not forgetting to mention the food waist and the problems of feeding a fast growing world.
