In co-operation with the Israeli Embassy in Bern the Chamber of Commerce offered two spectacular events: the Open Mic of Swiss Innovation in Basel and the Swiss Medtech Day in Berne. In both events, Prof. Ronni Gamzu, Director of Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center – Ichilov Hospital was the keynote speaker. The focus of the Swiss Medtech Day this year was on Israel as one of the world's leading technology hubs.
